Ran into the art installation, Play Me I'm Yours, on my walk home yesterday. Another great idea. Austin is the 18th city to host this installation. Pianos are placed around Austin's trails and parks for the community to play and decorate. When I walked past the first one (photo below), no one was playing. Naturally, I sat down and played the only song I know. I was really hoping those seven years of piano lessons would kick in. But alas, the hymn I learned by ear was all I could muster. A for effort.
